It’s a technique I came across many years ago which I introduced into my own business and from which the business (and I) derived great value. These conversations with our Pabasso board members prompted me to do some research into the subject and I came across this excellent article from Forbes published in 2016!
As we finish 2021 and look forward to 2022 employee engagement is going to be as important as ever and the more we can do as business leaders to learn from, and help develop our teams, the more successful we are likely to be.
