So much is talked about the work life balance, but as we discussed in one of our recent Pabasso meetings, it’s not always that easy for Business Leaders to get the balance right.

Leading a business can be all-time-consuming, if you let it, but we also need to spend time with our families and, of course, have some ‘me’ time to recharge the batteries, refuel, reset and occasionally get rid of those frustrations - because kicking the cat is never acceptable!

Sharing challenges and finding solutions to problems is a big part of how Business Leaders get value out of their Pabasso membership, working through challenges, sharing ideas & experience and generally helping each other. 

So, having established that we have several clients who play Padel regularly, some who have dabbled at it and some who have never played at all, we thought it might be a good idea to bring them all together for a couple of hours one afternoon on a couple of Padel courts.

We chose the Harrogate Spa Tennis and Padel Centre as our venue, as we were able to exclusively book both courts, which enabled us to mix and mingle without disrupting any other games. 

We used AI to generate a format which allowed all players to participate and mix up, regardless of skill set. But such is the game of Padel and the generosity of our handpicked Pabasso clients that the beginners soon got the hang of it, and the regular players and the dabblers were able to help the beginners get going.

Teamwork at its best!
