The problem is that everyone expects business leaders to be the motivators, but from time to time, we also need motivating. No one is constantly motivated, no matter how good they are.

Most Business Leaders are self-starters, but that does not mean we do not have the occasional bad day/week/month.

Often, that can be as a result of returning from a relaxing holiday, like the Easter break, when really this should be a time of positivity:

• The days are getting longer
• The weather is improving
• We are getting more Vitamin D
• The birds are singing
• The plants are growing
• Nature sees April as a new start

So, as Business Leaders, we should embrace April as not just the start to the new tax year but as a time to embrace a growth mindset - just like nature does.
