It’s a great tool to have in your recruitment tool bag at any time but when the market is tight it can be particularly useful.

Whilst the Jobvite Blog was written over a year ago it’s still very well worth a read if you are currently challenged with recruitment.

I do have a couple of employee referral policies available to share if anyone wants a start in this direction.
