We have one vacancy for an ambitious leader to join our Pabasso peer advisory board Alpha board in Yorkshire.

If you lead a great business but recognise that you could become even better by sharing experience and expertise with 12 other Yorkshire-based MDs/CEOs/Founders then we have an opportunity that might interest you.

Our Yorkshire-based Pabasso Alpha board is made up of 10 great business leaders from a variety of sectors, with a vast array of experience, all of whom know they do not know it all, don’t know what they don’t know but do know that they can benefit from the wisdom, experience and support of other like-minded business leaders in the region – all from non-competitive sectors.

We also include in our groups, on a pro bono basis, the leader of a charity from our region. We do this to both help us keep our feet on the ground, and help those less fortunate than ourselves.

I lead our Alpha board which consists of experienced MDs/CEOs/Founders from the following sectors, with employee counts from 10 -700:

Our members’ commitment is for ½ day a month for our group meetings, up to 2 hours a month for a personal 121 with the group chair and a modest monthly subscription.
